The shop owner, Katrina, is a very talented artist who puts out very good work. She responds very quickly and promptly to customer communications. She also goes out of her way to keep her customers happy. In my case, she enclosed an extra free item, unexpectedly, in the order envelope. Overall, I give her a five (5) star rating as a shop owner. As suggestions for future improvement, I would recommend the following: 1) Make sure that the order status records are updated regularly on the merchant's Etsy account, so that they appear updated and current on the customer's Etsy account; and 2) To avoid the problem of mailed-out orders going missing, use a postal tracking number whenever sending out an Etsy order, and record the tracking number in the Etsy order status recordkeeping system.
